Tom Ford, the Canadian rock star and billionaire who recently purchased the mansion that houses his wife and children in his hometown of Etobicoke, Ont., has been so consumed with a wedding gift that he’s lost his mind, sources tell the Globe and Mail.
Ford told the paper he plans to spend $10-million to get the family to New York, where they’ll attend a wedding.
He said he’s also going to make sure the wedding is free and open to everyone.
Ford, who was born in Calgary and moved to Toronto in the 1960s, was married to Olivia Ford, and their daughter, Sophie, was born at the end of March.
The couple had two children, Sophie and two grandchildren.
Ford said he wanted to pay for the wedding so he could make it open to all and said he’ll donate all proceeds to charities.
“I want to help the poor, and I want to give back to the charities that have helped me in my life,” he said.
“But I’ve lost my mind.
Ford’s wife, Sophie Ford, was at a restaurant last weekend when the couple decided to spend the night. “
We’re going to be so happy, it’s going to take all of us to make that happen.”

They planned to meet up again on Saturday and go to a nearby bar.
Ford has been on a whirlwind tour of New York City and is now in the process of moving to the Big Apple, where he plans on paying $20 million to rent a home in one of the city’s most exclusive neighborhoods.
Ford’s plan has caused a stir with some of his close friends, including his sister-in-law, and has caused him to take to social media to vent his frustrations.
He wrote on Instagram: “I have been in the country since late January and I have not been able to go to work.
My kids have been so sick and tired of waiting for me to come home and see them.”
